A one-time tune-up is $89.
If you want ongoing coverage, our annual maintenance plans include a scheduled visit every year plus member discounts.
Annual maintenance plans
We offer 1-year, 3-year and 5-year plans.
Each plan includes one maintenance visit a year during our off-season, October through March, scheduled at a time that works for you. The service fee is $149, billed when we visit, with no upfront cost. The 3-year plan is $375 and the 5-year plan is $449.
When should you schedule a tune-up?
Spring is ideal for cooling, before the first 100°F day.
Plan members are scheduled in the off-season, which keeps your system ready before summer and avoids the June rush.
Do mini-splits need tune-ups?
Yes. Mini-splits need their filters rinsed, indoor coils and blower wheels cleaned, and outdoor coils washed. Garage units collect dust especially fast.
