Income-qualified households may also qualify for Efficiency Arizona, which can cover up to $8,000 toward a new HVAC system, including mini-splits, plus insulation upgrades. Eligibility is based on household income and household size, and we check it for free.
A typical Mesa attic upgrade
For a typical 1,800 square foot Mesa attic going from about R-19 to R-38 with blown-in fiberglass, the upgrade runs about $2,070 before the rebate. With the $600 SRP instant rebate, it can be as low as $1,470. Most Mesa attics are finished in a single visit.
