I had a 5star experience with AZ Insulation & HVAC Solutions. My sales and project manager was Jay and his team installed a BOSCH 18.5 SEER Split System Heat Pump 4,IRA Heat Pump System. Jay made sure I received all rebates available to me and was there at the day of install to make sure things ran smoothly. Gilbertand Ryan were very respectfulof my house and did an awesome installation job! I had a small issue of the HVAC system rattling noise above my bedroom, it was a loose screw. I was impressed that AZ Insulation sent Michael out the same day I mentioned the noise, and he fixed it. This company has some really good technicians who know their stuff and act very professionally and courteous. On top of that there is a lot of value in the pricing of their products along with the good workmanship. We had an issue with our A/C not blowing and didnt know who to call. We googled and found this company. They sent out Michael who diagnosed the blower had gone out. He ran it through warranty and had parts will called same day and with this being last minute he still came back and reinstalled it and stayed till 10pm til we had air again. I cant thank him and this company enough for taking the time and care they have for their customers.
